Mike Law Property Maintenance was birthed out of people around me asking me to do work for them around homes and business. This included a paraplegic NDIS client needing supports in his unit, people putting their properties on the market and needing work done to present to market. Units painted and brought up to standard for Real Estate agents and property management agents.
MLPM provides solutions to many aspects of property maintenance from replacing fly screens to a new fence, non-structural work around home. Mike has over 28 years’ experience in renovations.
